Cannot download assignment submission

Good day, people!

I've already built successfully a seft-hosted Canvas LMS instance on Ubuntu 22.04 follow the "production start" and it runs well.

However, when I uppload a submission file to an assignment, the file is existed and Speedgrade checked but I can't download the submission. The download wheel is unmoved for a long time.

I don't reconize this case is a config error or sth else!

Anybody have idea about it, please help me!

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for your reply, the log in file production.log showed no error, or maybe I didn't figure out any error. I just checked the log in /canvas/log and /log/apache2. They were only about the access and process.

Please help me!

Hi guys!
It's Thien again!  I've already added more storage and also clear the cache and log files. (specially delayed_job.log). Unfortunately, nothing changes, and my download process is still unmoved. I'm a newbie with this canvas, and now I realize that it contains more issues than success. 

So I just write down my issues to group, and I hope that you guys can extract and have some advices for this inexperience newbie about canvas. Please help me!
Some of my issues below (beside the freeze download submission process):

 - The QTI.zip file import stuck on "Queued".

 - The Grade: export grade stuck on "0%"

 - I use the user with role admin, in the "Site Admin", but I can enable any "Feature Option". It notes an error of "An error occurred updating the flag".

I've already searched about them but there is nothing possible. Please help me!

It would be a good idea to check if the delayed_job is running.  ( ps uax | grep delay )
And looking at the /error_reports or /jobs page of the site might also show helpful information.
