Latest supported PostgreSQL?

I see Canvas uses PostgreSQL 14, any known issues with upgrading to newer PostgreSQL v17?

PostgreSQL 14 is just a minimum version. 17 should be just fine. I happen to be running 15 in my local dev environment - likely because that's what was current when it was built.
