Dear Community Partner,

We are excited to invite you to participate in our 2026 Community Resource Fair at the Ypsilanti Farmers Market on Saturday, September 19th, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

This annual event brings together organizations, cooperatives, and groups from across the county to connect directly with community members in a welcoming, high-traffic public space. It’s a wonderful opportunity to share your work, build relationships, and ensure neighbors are aware of the resources available to them. Plus, it's a great chance to visit the market!

We are encouraging participating partners to make the most of this opportunity in ways that feel meaningful for you, such as:

  • Offering on-site services or mini-consultations, if applicable
  • Sharing information about your programs and current initiatives
  • Promoting volunteer opportunities
  • Bringing giveaways, swag, or informational materials
  • Most importantly, engaging directly with community members to connect them to your resources

The goal is to create an accessible, engaging space where our neighbors can easily learn about and access the supports that exist in the Ypsilanti area and surrounding community.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out our 2026 Vendor Application and select to attend the market on Saturday, September 19th. Make sure you apply as a "Community Partner" and select either "Informational" or "Service" as your product. Additionally, please attach a copy of your logo to the application, which we will use for promotional materials.

If you have any issues, feel free to contact me. We will follow up with additional logistics and setup details as the market date approaches.

I'm hoping you’ll join us in making this a vibrant day for Ypsilanti and our surrounding communities!

In solidarity,

Annalee

I would love to do this, but I'm in a wedding that day. Someone from CAN should go! (Annalee also used to work at Brick!)
