The total project cost estimate is an eye-popping $213 MILLION!
Class 4 facilities can be expensive!!! There might be a separated
bikeway overpass over 880 paralleling The Alameda, which might
account for much of the cost.

Class 4 as we design em in CA are proving deadly.
I have a file on BS studies that claim otherwise and all have been
debunked.
Here's an example attached.
LAN and national Badvocates are rallying to impose this shit on
city leaders anywhere shallow enough to ask no questions.
And not a single design currently pitched by these sheisters
addresses E-thing use, the fastest-- literally-- growing non-car
mode.
WE ARE SO BADLY SERVED BY OUR GOVERNMENT.
