admission policy in public universities

Please share the admission policy which is used by National Council for Higher Education to select students into public universities.

Dear Pat,

NCHE may have an overarching policy/guide.

But, NCHE does not select students into public universities. The universities select the students. But NCHE coordinates.

Before NCHE started coordinating, an individual student could be selected to multiple universities by each institution.

This multiple selection was not deemed suited to Malawi.
