I recently came across the Call for Papers for the ICSSR-sponsored National Seminar titled “Reclaiming Jain Thought: Contributions to Indian Knowledge Traditions, Global Ethics, and Social Change”, to be held at Parshwanath Vidyapeeth, Varanasi from 17th to 19th November 2025.

I have recently completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sanskrit from University of Chittagong in Bangladesh. As a student of Indian philosophy with a deep interest in Jain thought and its contributions to Indic knowledge systems, I am very eager to participate in this important academic gathering.

I would like to kindly inquire whether international participants from Bangladesh are eligible to submit papers and attend the seminar in person. 

I would be extremely grateful if you could kindly guide me regarding the eligibility, submission process, and other necessary formalities for international participants.

Local hospitality (boarding/lodging) during the conference will be provided as per institutional norms.
