तिसृभि: + स्तुवन्ति =  Krishna yajur veda TB  2.2.6.1

Following 3 options are possible:

1. तिसृभि स्तुवन्ति - विसर्गलोपः - खर्परे शरि वा विसर्गलोपो वक्तव्यः (वा 4906)                                                                                                  2. 

तिसृभिः स्तुवन्ति

विसर्गलोपाभावे

खर्परे शरि वा विसर्गलोपो वक्तव्यः (वा 4906)

3. 

तिसृभिस्स्तुवन्ति

सत्व-सन्धिः

विसर्जनीयस्य सः (8.3.34)

In all the above 3 cases khar anuvrutti is there..My question is why when भि: is appearing...

नमो विद्वद्भ्यः

विसर्जनीयस्य सः - तिसृभिस्स्तुवन्ति  (नित्यः) - खरि विसर्जनीयस्य सः ।

अपवादः (विकल्पः) - वा शरि - शरि परे विसर्जनीयस्य विसर्जनीय एव वा स्यात् -- तिसृभिः स्तुवन्ति / तिसृभिस्स्तुवन्ति ।

Now you want तिसृभि स्तुवन्ति (विसर्गलोपः) -- Katyayana says it is possible if you have खर्परे शरि  but it will be optional . So we got all the three.

The वार्तिकम्  is to get optional विसर्गलोप in the case of खर्परे शरि - not covered by Panini .
