Why तिङ् प्रत्यय are what they are - Alternate explanation

Most of प्रत्यय in अष्टाध्यायी are just given. Without any explanation on why.

Same is the situiation on धातु and their meanings. Why some given combination of वर्ण means what a given  धातु does? 

I am trying to decode why  धातु and प्रत्यय have sequence of वर्ण that they have.

for complete theory, it will take some time. But I am sharing तिङ् प्रत्यय draft explanation here for views/comments.
