Is there a legal expert in the group who can help us know how we , as a group , can do our bit in stopping this disproportionate response from the judiciary ?

The affidavit by NCERT to the SC bundled all the contributors together without separating the contributor to the judiciary portions from the contributors to the other parts.

But, more importantly, the question should be, "Why can't we describe the Indian judiciary's problems and character at present to Indian students?"

Is the Indian Supreme Court the judge, jury, and hangman?

That people have not risen and complained and shut down the government goes to show how, as a nation, we are supine when it comes to the most important qualities and aspects of our public life.

What a tragedy!
