To my knowledge there are two: one by Sridharaswamin who has commented on the Bhagavatam too.  This brings out the predominantly Advaitic purport of the Vishnu Purana.

The other is called the Vishnuchitteeyam by Engalaazhwaan of the Srivaishnava sampradaya:

namaste, thanks to everyone.
somehow I am surprised that there is no Vishnu Purana Vyakhyana from Madhva-sampradaya.
There may be one, but no one has a copy of it. Since Madhva-bhashya is full of Purana and itihasa references, it is an issue sticking out. I would like to hear from madhva-mata experts if there are any references to Vishnu Purana in their Bhagavatha literature or some works of Madhvacharya.

Best Regards,

Krishna Kashyap

https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.313115 includes
chitsukhiya and a dvaita commentary called 'dattAtreyI'. This is only
the first part, published by T.R. Vyasacharya.

Vishnuciteeyam is the earlier commentary on Vishnu Purana, written by Sri Vishnucitta alias Engalalvan, in the view point of Visistadvaita. This commentary is edited and published by Sri PB Annangaracharya from Kanchipuram. Tamilnadu, in 1972. Bhagavad Ramanuja often refers Vishnupurana in his Sribhashya, as an example to the smrti text.
