Enquiry regarding a rare book!

Respected Scholars,

I am searching for a book with name: "Ista Siddhi of Vimuktatman" by P. K. Sundaram. It was published back in 1980 by Swadharma Swarajya Sangha, Madras. As far as I know, it is the only complete English translation of Ista Siddhi. I sincerely request you all to help me find this book.

But, the link you provided is not having the translation of Ista Siddhi.

Perhaps P.K. Sundram's book is not available anywhere.
