Apavahakam: Lakṣaṇa of the metre

Hello everyone,

I am looking for the lakṣaṇa of the metre Apavahakam. I believe it is discussed in Janasrayi Chandovichiti, but that work is not available anywhere in full: several pages are missing, including the section that presumably describes this metre. Apavahakam appears to be rare; I have found it used in Isana Siva Gurudeva Paddhati, but I do not know of any other occurrences. 

Could anyone point me to other texts or editions that describe the lakṣaṇa of this metre, or share scans/notes if they have access?
