:-) Yes, I found the use of colon (:) instead of visarga (ः) quite an eyesore. And there are very mild errors/ typos ("भूलकाल"). But they don't come anywhere close to overpowering my curiosity and appreciation.

When typing देवनागरी in Google, there are three systems available मराठी, हिंदी, संस्कृत. 

I get विसर्गः in संस्कृत by H (capital), but not so, not always in मराठी, हिंदी. I do not why. 

I think colon for विसर्गः can be simple standard. विसर्ग: This typing is with colon. Previous one was with 'H'.

I am fairly happy with संस्कृत, except that here देवनागरी numbers are not available. For that I switch to मराठी. 

I wonder why देवनागरी numbers are not available in संस्कृत, especially when they are available in मराठी.
