aSPICE mac: window controls overlap desktop

The mac window controls are overlapping with the actual remote desktop, which makes it hard to click things underneath.

There is a feature request to implement title bar handling in the app. We will do that soon, but in the meanwhile, put the app into full-screen mode.

The conscious mind has only one thread of execution.
