Hoping for some help with the elease solution-

Can someone who is using it tell me how its working for them? I'm concerned that it integrates with Adobe when I'm considering using it because Adobe is frustrating me by not saving data.

I tried today to upload a sample lease into Buildium and it wouldn't take a pdf only a .docx. This concerns me too as all my forms are in pdf format.

Would love to hear about any other solutions for a small company form filler that works consistently! Right now we're using Adobe (who frequently gives us headaches) and loading the finished product into DocuSign for signature. Also I don't see an option for doing Management Agreements in Buildium, correct?

Thank you!

I have my leases formatted with fill in forms. Then I draft lease and upload it to Adobe Sign and use that for electronic signatures. I have never tried Buildium’s option.

We get our forms through a software provider, so easier to create
elaborate templates for all our lease requirements with that process.

So we *don't* use the eLease function, as it's too much effort to
set up and then update all the forms and addenda which we use.

However, we *do* use the semi-automated Lease renewal function which
updates everything.  We use (attached) a form field mail template
in Buildium, which generates the key information.

When the tenant approves it, we upload it to their lease and hit the renewal button.
The rents are auto-updated, and we then add the misc fees associated with that particular lease.
"Leasing /  Lease Renewals "/ then the individual property.
