I just had a one on one webinar with a guy from PetScreening.com giving me their "pitch". He said they recently began an integration with Buildium. He said he could "imbed" the pet screening part of the application into my online app thru Buildium.Right now, it's me doing any checks on pets. Asking tenants if there's any history of "issues", asking them to give me copies of licenses, medical records, etc. If they tell me it's a service or EMS animal, I ask for proof from a doctor as to what the disability is and what service does the animal provide. But it's all ME doing the checking up on the animals.Melissa
