Has anyone noticed Buildium's service seems to be outsourced now. They don't know the answers to anything, even basic things.

Any solution to get a solution?

I've noticed the same, all phillipines reps

I've only had easy calls, so didn't really test them

I made a few calls recently with no issues. Sometimes they ask me to hold, but I'm very happy with Buildium support so far.
