Running Bugmark on my laptop

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the speed improvements.

I would like to be able to run Bugmark from my laptop. That is, execute all the code locally and have it pop up the web UI that I can then play with.

Please let me know how I can do this.

Heads up!  There's quite a bit of overhead to installing locally, and you already have a working development environment on research.bugmark.net.

But if you want to run local on your laptop, these notes will get you going.
