Tidal radios

Hi there,

I can't remember from which version it started, but it seems the option to start a radio from a track, album or artist (from the 3-dot menu) in Tidal has been removed. Was this intentional? I used it quite often.

Hi,

This option was not removed. It is only present in the 3 dot menu of tracks that actually have a TIDAL radio associated to them, 

which is not all tracks.

Thank you for the reply. 

When I go into the Tidal app, the tracks do have radios associated with them. So currently I have to share that radio station from the Tidal app to BubbleUPNP. Please see my screenshots attached.

There is indeed a bug: the 'Play TIDAL Track radio' menu item on TIDAL tracks is currently only available on HiRes tracks and/or tracks with explicit lyrics (and of course the track must have a radio associated to it but that was not the issue here), 

which is not the case for the tracks of that White Stripes album.

That bug will be fixed in the next update. 

In the meantime, it can be worked-around adding the TIDAL track to the Playlist tab, going into the Playlist tab  and using 3 dot menu on track >  Play TIDAL Track radio, where that action is always available.
