Hello all;
I just got proposed budget which will be voted and approved on Friday Nov 22 2019. I see the quarterly fees will be increased another $25/quarter this year. I am very disappointed that this BOD is not able to keep the fees stable. We had a huge increase last year already. I wonder how effectively our community is being managed. We all pay our own cable fees now. I sincerely hope there will be new volunteers for the BOD who will actively manage the contractors and the community.
Thank you for considering.

I agree with Nancy.  My wife contacted the tax assessor recently to inquire about our deductions.  She was told that they are not increasing due to the fact that valuations in Brynwood are decreasing and thus our deductions are not increasing.  Our fees were increased last year and now again this year and I see no improvement to our community.  I have attended all the budget workshop meetings since I began an owner with the exception of this year’s meeting due to the fact that I did not see the posting.   However, I will attend the board meeting on Friday.  Not sure how many owners are able to attend due to the fact that the board has set the meeting for 8:30 am.

Abdolutely agree - our property values are down - i have had no grass in front yard for over a month now as our lawn service leaves a lot to be desired.  I have had visitors from up north this year who have made comments about the neighborhood looking old.  As Nancy said we had large increase this past year
We now pay our own cable so why the increase again and for what??
