Annual meeting is Wed Feb 10 2021

Hello owners;

I just got proxy in the mail for annual meeting. There is an amendment to strike out the  line that states " no roofing materials or styles may be substituted for those originally constructed by the developer".

If this passes, then the ARC committee will be able to decide what owners can do to their roofs.

I am hoping owners will sign in favor of this change.

Just to clarify…A vote YES to “approve changes to declarations” will give homeowners more options in roofing styles when choosing and submitting ARC requests in the future :)
