Also, they are discussing making amendment to our documents which will cost a lot in legal fees to propose and then will have to be approved by majority of owners. Many owners take responsibility of taking care of most of their own property. The driveway pavers repairs looks like over $21000 to the HOA. In the past, I repaired my own driveway and I believe it is homeowner responsibility. It appears this BOD is on a path to major increases in our HOA fees.
