Wow!
Thanks for the heads up Nancy to alert us to keep our eyes wide open and pay attention.
Just Friday, I had a pair of sneakers sent to me by Amazon. I had ordered another item from Amazon that they showed delivered, but inside this package was a pair of Saucony running shoes that I had never ordered.
I had to call the Amazon Customer support line to explain what happened in order to get a credit for the item that I had ordered but that never arrived. When I asked the customer service person where to return the Saucony running shoes they told me to keep them or donate them.
I am waiting for the credit per Amazon for the original item that I ordered that never arrived.
This has never happened to me before with Amazon. If it does, then you need to call the Amazon customer support number, and make sure they verify that you are who you say you are by texting you a code. Once verified then they will ask for the tracking number of the package delivery so that they can track it.
