Hey guys! I got removed from the main brb email chain so I’m not sure if anyone has tried to ask about the league at all?? (Bc of that, please respond all to this thread so I can see responses 🙏)

I saw Matt’s request to reactivate the league (thanks Matt!) & I reactivated it just now!

A REMINDER PER OUR LEAGUE RULES:

NO ADDS OR TRADES UNTIL AFTER THE ROOKIE DRAFT!!! YOU CANNOT PICK UP ANYONE OFF THE WIRE RIGHT NOW!!! ROOKIES, VETS - EVERYONE IS OFF LIMITS!!

** if you want to make a trade ahead of the draft involving draft picks, we can start a trade thread & give everyone a chance to approve/veto just like the regular season!!

A few things to discuss:

First: is everyone in for this season? If anyone wants out, let us know ASAP & we can fill your team spot!

Second: when is everyone free to do rookie draft night? I know we have a bunch of different time zones & shit to deal with - we will try to do a weekend or evening, but if anyone has any big conflicts let us know. Assuming we will do a post-preseason draft? 

A note on an issue from last season:

Just wanted to let everyone know I’m planning on being more involved this year (like actively managing my team). I know we had some discussions last season about a few of us (including me) were too distracted to actually manage our teams regularly & that made things unfair & annoying for other owners (which I 100% get) Personally, my antidepressants are kickin, so I’m fully back in!! Lol

BUT if anyone is unable to actively manage, let us know! We can get your team covered or get you a co-owner - whatever you need! 

Thats all I got! Like last season, Luke remains a league manager also (assuming you’re still down, Luke!!) so get at either of us if you have questions!

Ok I can’t do Friday & Luke can’t do Sunday so I think we just bump to this upcoming week instead. Thursday, Friday, Sat or Sun (9/1-9/4) are all free for me …

I say this bc I think it’s easier if me & Luke can both be there because Luke makes the Rookie list/keeps track of draft picks & then I have to swap everyone’s actual rosters out manually so we can start the trade period/waiver claims process. Can we all find a day this upcoming week that works?

I can make the rookie list ahead of time if I can't make it so someone else can just step in and track the picks and update the doc.

Only days I can make it are Friday and Saturday due to the time difference.

I just read through everything and doesn't sound like a date was picked. Friday is ideal and that 7PM time is good. Sunday I can try but not I'll be on the way back from Tahoe. Saturday night would be okay-ish. But I in general can be available most considering that I can put in my first overall pick early. 

As well - I believe in past years we didn't do snake correct?

I’m 98% sure we’ve always done snake. I’m trying to get everyone on the same page for next Saturday @ 7pm central but waiting to hear back from a few people. 

If Friday works for more people we could do that instead - we just need to pin something down!

Hi! I’d like to be in the fantasy league this year too.  Sorry for being so late and also for being hard to reach.

Anytime Friday or Sunday works best for me, but I can’t on Saturday. Although if Saturday is the best option for everyone I’m fine with giving up my spot to save the trouble.
