BrainGraph for fmri analysis

Does BrainGraph can be use for fmri data analysis?

Yes. Depending on the package/software you use to create the connectivity matrices, the code to get the data into R will be a little different. I have succeeded in getting in matrices from DPARSF/DPABI and can share code if that's what you are using. And I can come up with solutions for other software given the example data & directory structure.

Thanks Chris! I use GRETNA to create the matices and use the Craddock200 atlas. Each of the matirx has both negative and postive correlation. I have set all negative correlation and the diag to zero.
