I experienced today with this method for 15 minutes. I do 2 back with aprox 50%. Wheni dream tonight I 

Notes that in the dream appear lot of people like more of 40 people that I know and other. And a lot of places like if dream in a lock system. With lot of places that I know modified and new places. The dream touch abstract temática.

Colors in the dream are important and also talks and no verbal communication.

Here is Quad Flash N-back with Melody in Sound Stimulus, you can configure the Melody length speed and Scale used (example Major Scale, Pentatonic, etc)

Quad Flash N-back first online version:

A)

   1)To config the speed of image flash first time go to manage configurations 

   2)Select the new config changing where it say Default   to the new config

B)You can change piano to letters

It is a test version may contain errors.

Is the same as common n-back but with more images. When repeat, the repetition have the same 6 images.
