Hi all,

We have been using an older version of Bonsai (2.3.1) with the FP3001 Neurophotometrics system. We have workflows that allow us to use a Nidaq to interface Medassociates with photometry recording in bonsai for operant behavior. However, when trying to update to the latest version of bonsai, we have not been able to interface it with bonsai. Has anyone had an issue with updating bonsai workflows to interface with a Nidaq? Thanks!

Hi Elizabeth,

What is the exact issue you are having? Are the nodes not being detected, or is it a crash at runtime? If you can share a screenshot or error message that you are seeing it would be helpful. NI-DAQ interface issues are usually related to installing the right version of DAQmx containing the .NET runtime interfaces.
