Hey Friends,

This Friday is the meeting "if interested" at 6 pm

As I am preparing for it I realize I would to get dome supplies:

Food $200.00

Bottle water

Coffee

Creamer

sugar

ordering something light or picking up something to serve for food

Misc

Supplies $ 100.00

Dry erase markers

Cleaning supplies

Paper products

Making keys (keys for me storage unit, tool area, upstarts door)

Coffee maker

Misc

Bus tokens $ 50.00

Total $ 350.00

I apologize for the short notice but if we can have a email motion regarding this ASAP I would be super grateful.

Hi Gracie,

This would come from the money the board has allocated to the Weather Amnesty project.

I am reluctant to give you cash because, in the past, you have ignored my request that you provide receipts for what you purchase. To be clear, I know it seems totally unimportant, but it is an establishment/legal/government requirement**. So, what do you suggest?

David,

I don't have a business mind however I do try to learn from my mistakes and yes the 1 time I asked for actual cash last year i didn't remember receipts but I can guarantee you that wouldn't be the case this year considering I don't have Ben who naturally took on the money stuff.

If I can please get some support with patience and understanding that would super helpful.

Hi Gracie,

Remembering about receipts is challenging for just about everyone. Perhaps we can just get a statement signed by you indicating what you spent. We did that for the weekly laundry expenses last year and others. We’ll figure it out if you lose the receipts. Or, perhaps we can just go a big shopping together and I can just take the receipts from you.

I know it seems like a small trivial thing to ask for receipts but I must do the job that you all have asked me to do and that I have agreed to do.
