Cleaning out the storage spaces in the garage and came across my “collection” of used Y6DC plugs, about 36 to 42 of them. Other than visual condition, electrode and prong condition, is there a way to determine their performance versus a new plug?

Old plugs may leak between the shell and the ceramic.  But deposits and condition of the electrodes will tell you most of what you need to know.
