How "onchange" work

I am working on "reactive type system" using blockly but sometime this event "onchange" running multiple times. The question is "how onchange work?"

Hello!

The onchange property of a block just registers an event listener with the workspace, so it gets triggered every time there is an event, no matter what kind it is. This includes block move events, workspace move events, field change events, etc.
