Enable scrollbar only for the toolbox

Is there a way to enable a "scrollbar" only for the toolbox, in the current build of blockly?

I think this is a question for the Blockly group, not the Blockly Games group.

That said, here are the scrollbar options for workspaces:

https://developers.google.com/blockly/guides/configure/web/configuration_struct#the_options_dictionary

Toolboxes will always have scrollbars if they run out of room.
