Hadoop Developer

Richmond VA, Mclean VA and Wilmington DE

Contract

Client is looking for more developers with 9-10 years experience.

Must have:

· Strong spark - fundamentals and architecture of spark and working knowledge.

· Strong scala - experience with developing data pipelines using spark and scala.

· Familiarity with scala functions for data transformation.

· Understand existing data pipelines and recommend modifications and best practices.

· Good knowledge on AWS infrastructure services Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3),EMR, and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), Lambda, etc

Good to have :

1. DevOps experience - Building CICD pipelines
