PeopleSoft HCM Tester

Location – Pleasanton CA

Type – Contract position

 

Benefits Module JD

·         Atleast 3 yrs Experience in Peoplesoft benefits working with Union/Non-Union employee data, Sick / Vacation cashout processing, HSA and 401K accounts, and life event processing.

·         Knowledgeable in New Hire to Retirement/Termination business processes as relevant to Benefit processing.

·         Worked with Open Enrollment, implemented changes to benefit plans and has knowledge of two or more interfaces to third party vendors

·         Skilled in writing SQLs and has knowledge of underlying Benefit tables.

·         Experienced in testing methodologies and tools like HP QC

·         Good Verbal and Written Communication

 

Payroll Module JD-

·         Atleast 3 yrs Experience in Peoplesoft Payroll working on implementation of legislative laws like FLSA, local taxes, and Tax updates.

·         Worked with Oncycle, and Offcycle payroll and is aware of Batch Data Load processes

·         Skilled in writing SQLs and has knowledge of underlying Payroll tables.

·         Experienced in testing methodologies and tools like HP QC

·         Good Verbal and Written Communication
