· Candidate should have 9+years of experience
· Good in IBM BPM and IBM ODM.
· Candidate should has good experience in BPEL (at least 3 years of work experience in BPEL).
· Candidate should has good experience in Java technologies.
· Good in communication.
· Able to work in onsite offshore model.
· Able to work in Agile model.
· Able to lead 24 member team at offshore
· Good in delivering high level low level design construction and unit testing integration testing.
· Good with healthcare background.
· Able to work with client SMEs and scrum masters.
· Manage JIRA process for the project deliverables.
· Having good knowledge in JIRA ALM process and tools
· Provide weekly status to management about project progress
· Good in risk management
