Title: RPA Tester

Location: Charlotte, NC / St. Louis, MO(Remote till Covid)

Duration: 9 Month

 

Job Description:

• 4+ years of Hands on experience in Robotics process testing with any industrial leading RPA tools – preferably Pega Robotics
• 2+ years of experience in writing simple/complex SQL queries in Oracle or any RDBMS DB’s.
• Experience in Selenium, functional & technical testing for RPA processes

Experience required

• Must have 4+ years of experience in creating test artifacts such as Test effort estimation, Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test results etc.
• Must have 4+ years of working experience in scaled Agile environment with multiple developers delivering functionalities for testing
• Good to have – Pega BPM Platform testing experience with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills to manage highly volatile client environment
• Self-motivated individual to deliver high quality functional test cases and document test scenarios, test results etc
• Deep-dive into debugging/triaging with development team by performing initial triage from the logs
• Willingness to participate in deployments to TEST and PROD environments, perform dry runs
• Share QA Test results with business stakeholders and acquire approvals to certify SIT testing before code deployment to UAT
• Liason with DEV and BA team members in delivering robust functional test cases, participate in business requirements meetings and map the end to end process understanding
• Document test results and test artifacts in JIRA/JIRA Align
• Conduct demos for the functionalities delivered as MVP with business and IT leadership
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
• Ability to perform the role of technical tester with willingness to perform technical analysis and communicate with dev teams.
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
• Ensure to map test cases and scenarios with RTM.
• First line of defense during UAT and ensure Level-1 triage is performed before reaching out to DEV team
• Have an amicable working relationship with all the stakeholders with utmost diligence and focus on quality of the product delivered
• Coordinate Test Data and Test Environment management
• Support scrum team in delivery of sprint goals and iterative delivery of software solutions that deliver business value
