Job Description:
• Understanding of the mobile ecosystem including tools and services, development life cycle, industry trends.
• Experience with mobility domain (Android, iOS Phone) etc.
• Strong presentation, writing and communication skills in public and private meeting forums
• Deployment and configuration experience in respective mobility platforms.
• Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs
• At least 15 years of experience in software design and development.
• Hands on experience in <Languages: Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, etc.>.
• Able to manage a team of <m - n> members.
• A thorough understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, iOS, Android, and enterprise in mobile application integration.
• Defining the architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specific customer business requirements.
• Experience in source revision control systems like as git, svn.
• Good knowledge of working with open source packages.
• Positive attitude towards work and good communication skills.
• Foster an environment of consistent technical achievement and innovation for the growth and success of the team.
• Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards.

Job Description:
• Defining the technical requirements for the implementation of the mobile solution.
• Discussing technical aspects of the mobile application solution architecture, including the technology used, methodology followed, and devices selected with the client.
• Understanding various non-functional aspects in mobile application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc.
• Experienced in designing and developing mobile SDKs and integrating mobile apps with web-services and external APIs.
• Responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of mobile solutions and technologies.
• Deliver mobile platform and architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices.
• Design overall solutions and individual applications.
• Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Lead and mentor development teams
• Take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution.
• At least <X> years of experience in software design and development.

· Create RCA and Caps on how to improve
· Meet with the different business owners on any CAPs assigned to them
