Technology/ Role –	IIB Developer Version 10 and IBM MQ
Job Description: Mandatory skills (please enter all mandatory skills customer will look for)	Candidate will be performing activities like design, build, configuration, error handling, scheduling, implementation and support of business solutions based on IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM MQ technology. Must Have Skills: IIB 10 and IBM WebSphere MQ • Must have minimum 8 years of strong hands-on experience in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM WebSphere MQ in designing and developing interfaces • Experience with WebSphere Adapters, ESQL, DFDL, XML, XPath, XSLT mapping and usage of SOAP, HTTP and JMS protocols • Experience in architecture principles, system integration, technical assessment, sizing, high availability aspects, and integration best practices • Integration knowledge of event based integration, pub-sub, and request-reply, synchronous-asynchronous • Good knowledge of any one database • Analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and outside of team • Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
Job Description: Good-to-have skills	• Nice to have IIB Administration skills, IIB certification and JAVA, J2EE background • Nice to have familiarity with project management and systems development life cycle processes, tools, concepts and methodologies. • Nice to have other coding language experience like PL/SQL • Nice to have experience with Source Control tool like Subversion, TFS
