• At least 9+ years of experience in being Architect/Lead for WCS based
implementations
• Experience in IBM WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS) Version 9.x from
requirements analysis through architecture/design, development and deployment
• Knowledge of developing APIs and customizations of WCS 9 Headless commerce
• Strong Knowledge and handson Skills expertise in one or more of the sub
systems like Order, Catalog etc
• Strong understanding and hands on experience in WCS key concepts like REST,
SOA and BOD
• Strong knowledge of implementing WCS 9 using APIs
• Experience with object oriented principles and concepts.
• Experience with developing APIs for mobile apps would be a plus
• Team player, share knowledge, improve processes and develop systematic
solutions to problem patterns
• Strong problem solving and solutions skills
• Take Architectural decisions for the WCS API led development
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across
different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Work on creating the high level design and lead architectural decisions.
