Senior Genesys Integration Developer
Location : Sunnyvale, CA
Contract
Hands on development or experience with
Genesys is Required.
This role will required both installation, provisioning and development of
application and utilities supporting Genesys SIP Voice Platform.
All development will be for or have touch points with the Genesys CTI Platform.
SIP Experience is highly desired. All development will be specific to application and integration of the SIP based VoIP Contact Center Platform.
Specific Skills Required:
- Strong
understanding of Genesys Customer Experience Platform with a focus on
Configuration and Voice.
Strong Java skills.
Spring Boot / Spring WebFlux Framework: Preferably Customer System's AppEng "Aluminum" Framework. - Solid
foundation and experience with NoSQL databases and in memory caches:
Cassandra Preferred.
Application development and design experience using Functional as well as object-oriented methodologies. - Hands on experience building and using REST APIs Confidence working on UNIX and Linux platforms Experience with Maven and Git.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Understanding of Splunk, writing Splunk Queries & and Dashboards using Splunk Strong ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies in a short time.
- Python, Swift, and macOS development is a plus.
