Forgerock suites (AM, DS, IDM, IG)
Tomcat, Java/J2EE,
Apache, Ansible"
Preferred Skills (Pls. detail as much as possible) "AWS platform
Ansible, Shibboleth, JSON, GIT, Kibana, Linux commands/scripting,Jenkins"
Job Roles/Responsibilities
"Onsite IAM lead consulting position to support one of the large IME client’s IAM platform operations.
Advise concerning maintenance of IAM platforms.
Assist/guide team in troubleshooting production issues.
Investigating the failures, reviewing team's work and deploying new code/fixes.
Showing accountability and ownership of support delivery
Co-coordinating with client/users for providing acceptable solutions to the issues, queries raised by business users within predefined stringent SLAs and giving solutions to users. Good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to technical documentation, wikis and knowledge transfer
Involving in preparing Status Reporting, Handling Escalations.
