Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location:  Tallahassee, FL
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Requirements:

• Business analyst experience (5+ years);
• Salesforce experience (3+ years);
• Experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook;
• Experience with state government projects;
• Experience working with databases and analyzing data to help formulate system or reporting requirements or test new functionality (required);
• Experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
• Experience with testing software and designing business systems;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.

 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements;
• Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications;
• Provide detailed analysis of business processes and best practices;
• Assist with managing the day-to-day details of all tasks, including the plan, schedule, resources, scope, budget and risks;
• Complete cost/benefit analysis where required;
• Support and contribute to functional and user testing.
