SQL Database Support Engineer

Location: Bedminster – NJ & Charlotte NC (onsite after covid)

Contract

 

Process Mining Support Engineer Role: (data support engineer)

• Must have 5-7 years relevant experience in Database Support, Production Release Deployments and Change Management projects.
• Must have experience on Incident Management, Service-desk Ticket management using industry standard tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Pac2000 (Remedy) etc.
• Conceptual knowledge or trainings on Process Mining environments and architecture is required.
• Prior Process Mining experience in deploying Celonis process & analyses is recommended but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and ability to attend to problem tickets or Production issues raised by Business users.
• Ability to perform problem RCA, log-analysis and come up with initial findings
• Monitor Process Mining jobs & loads on daily basis and initiate recommended actions & communications during failures
• Flexibility to attend extended hours deployment calls during release windows.
