Location – US Remote

Rate: $32/Hr.

 

Job Description:

Relevant Experience (Years):  5+ Years

 

Experience required

• 5+ years of experience as Business System Analyst who understands both business and IT functions
• Mandatory to support during Eastern Time zone (EST)
• Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
• Manage the Incident tickets in Remedy with tight business SLA
• Self-learn the application and provide incident resolution mechanism
• Able to document the process and develop a process improvements
• Ability to understand the application issues, analyze and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders for closure of the issues
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Exposure in MS-Office especially Excel, SQL knowledge is Plus Plus
• Experience in insurance domain knowledge is Optional
• NO TRADITIONAL BA skills required
