Role- RPA PM/Scrum Master

Location – Charlotte.

Contract / FTE

Overall 12+ year experience

 

 Required Skills:

• Supports project delivery in the Automation CoE dev factory and Deposit automation group as a process subject matter expert in program/project management, Automation technology and API integration.
• Lead the Developer and Bot application and database access provisioning, firewall, API and AWS technical integrations through all phases of project lifecycle
• Be the point of contact for external communications with ETO, Product, Operations, and Software Development teams to drive on-time delivery of automation projects
• Coordinate CoE dev factory sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Identify and manage scope, risk, and dependencies, using cross-collaboration to mitigate issues
• Build and maintain project plans to accurately track dependencies, resourcing, timelines, and critical path
• Document and communicate project status, issues, and deliverables to internal and external partners
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
