1. Should have worked as Technical Lead for Windchill implementation 2. Good experience in customizing Windchill - Wizards, Pickers, Form Processor’s, Delegates, Server-Side Customization, UI Customization, MVC builder’s Customization, data utilities, validators, links Customization, workflow Customization, Info Engine Customization, JDBC Adapters Customization, data migration 3. Proficient in JAVA, JDBC, Servlets, JSP and STRUTS, SPRING, HIBERNATE, JSF, SPRING, Security, Web services, JAXB, XML 4. Capable to give technical solutions to PLM problems 5. Experience in implementing interfaces 6. Good Coordination skills across Business and Functional teams. 7. Understand and connects the dots for the complex problems to come up with design |
