Job Title: Senior AGILE COACH

Location: Jersey City - NJ

 

Job Description:-

• 10+ years of hands on experience working as Agile Coach, Scrum Master with teams of different sizes and delivery models.
• Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified SAFe Agilist, Certified Agile Coach (Preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate (Verbally and writing) agile concepts to senior stakeholders across teams like Product owners, Business analysts, Project managers and Business users.
• Very strong understanding of agile concepts like Epics, Stories, Theme and Initiatives.
• Strong understanding of industry standard Agile Methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban,
• Scrumban, XP and RUP (Rational Unified Process).
• Knowledge of Scrum, Feature Driven Development (FDD), Dynamic Systems
• Development Method (DSDM), Adaptive Software Development (ASD).
• Very good understanding of JIRA datacenter.
• Experience in product / tool / software deployment and trainings.
• Hands on experience on creating training material / user guidelines.
• Should be adaptive and flexible to be able to manage client requirements.
• Strong team player.
