Life Science Business Analyst

Location – Remote

Job description:

Looking for a strong business systems analyst resource with previous experience using various techniques such as: business and technical process mapping, analyzing and documenting as-is and to-be, workshops, job shadowing, interviews, etc.
Must have 6-10 years of BA experience
Life Science domain and agile experience.
Experience in working in teams that are going through agile transformation is also preferred.
Excellent requirements elicitation, requirements writing in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria are REQUIRED.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence others.
Ability and willingness to follow client requirements standards and follow the direction of a mentor
Exceptional planning and facilitation skills required.
Ability to work independently or in a team with the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
Experience documenting and following a requirements/analysis work plan.
Strong analytic skills with a curious mind. Ability to figure out problems with little or no direction and recommend solutions

Qualifications

Life Science domain experience (Mandatory)
Excellent communication skills -- both oral and written (Mandatory)
Excellent MS office skills- MS Visio, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations (Mandatory)
Management and/or project experience, Data Management experience (Preferred)
Good analytical skills (Preferred)
