Job Description:
- Identify, collect, and assemble relevant data requirements from disparate sources (internal and external) to enhance internal data warehouse systems and reporting capabilities for the organization.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and proactively identify and implement the best methods/models to address complex business questions, such as data visualization.
- Coordinate technical efforts of other IT groups and remote teams to ensure effective development, modification, testing and implementation of systems to meet customer needs.
- Design and develop various Enterprise Business Intelligence Solutions including business analysis of interfacing and integration with ERP systems of records and development of reporting and analytics.
- Develop documentation and training materials, participate with customer groups in the planning for long term systems enhancements.
- Hands-on experience on execution of Agile/SCRUM processes and repeatable, predictable, and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
- Independent problems solving skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task and apply initiative and creativity on challenging projects.
- Ability to effectively present information and communicate findings, conclusions and recommendations to business management. Able to respond effectively to questions from managers, customers, peers and vendors.
Must have experience in: Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing
Data Analysis skills (MUST HAVE)
Experience in Modern data analytics leveraging ETL (Informatica and PySpark is preferred), AWS, Powerbi, or related tools;
Gathering requirements (prefered in Digital Marketing);
Analyze Datawarehouse sources as such ERP (Oracle ERP, SAP, JDE, SFDC, Web) systems to design, define and integrate Operations/Financial/Marketing Data into Enterprise Data warehouse; creating self-service dashboards based on Cognos /Power BI reporting tool
Well versed with SQL and Visualization concepts; strong communication skills
