This vaguely rings a bell. Restart Xcode, reboot, rm /tmp/QS

No dice. After the reboot I don’t get the popup warning anymore, just nothing.

This sort of mentions it: did you build any plugins?

Not recently. Those plugin updates from Rob went live pretty recently, but my main QS installation is still running fine, just the Xcode build that won’t launch. Blowing away Plugins/ and plugins.plist doesn’t help.

Of course, check the Xcode console as well when you run from within Xcode

Nothing new in the console I can see.

P.S. We have the Dev groups for dev talk: https://groups.google.com/g/quicksilver—-development

Ha — I was meaning to ask when thinking of where to post this. Joined. I’ll keep it here for now to make sure nobody ends up like this.

I started getting an issue last night — master builds and runs but won’t
open, with the below dialog:

I’m set to use built-in bezel by default. I’ve re-pulled from master, nuked
all local changes, cleared the Xcode build cache, zipped up and blown
away ~/Library/Application
Support/QS, removed ~/Library/Caches, still can’t get a fresh build from
master to launch.

Anyone else seeing this? Figured I'd ask before starting an issue as it's
likely to only affect devs, and since neither of you had mentioned it I
thought it might be a "me" issue somewhere. If affecting anyone else I'll
run a bisect and see if I can chase it down.

No luck removing all of ~/Library/Quicksilver, ~/Library/Preferences/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist, and both caches -- I get the intro popup and the EULA, but afterwards nothing.

Oddly, running the build product quicksilver.app (after running `qsrelease` from the CLI) works fine, just running from in Xcode directly is problematic.

Hold on, just ran QS from XCode, then while it was running double-clicked to install bezel.qsplugin from the qsrelease build products. It locked up, had to force quit, and for some reason afterwards it works fine now.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The issue returned after another reboot (for searchability: Interface Changed Interface could not be loaded. Switching to Bezel).

Think I figured it out though -- somehow Product -> Scheme got switched from `Quicksilver Distribution` to `Quicksilver`; switching it back resolved the issue.
