Error during installations

Hi. I was trying to install for the first time when I got this error.

Got this when I ran make prep

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Anuj,

Please copy text errors into email instead of screenshots and show more of the error context. 

That said, it looks like you’re using a VM. Generally failure to recurse into submodules happens with a lack of disk space or network failure.
